01.General provisions
These Terms set out the rules for using the B2B Gunfire wholesale platform available at b2b.gunfire.com.
The platform is operated by GF Corp Sp. z o.o. Sp. K. with its seat in Wrocław, ul. Jana Długosza 42-46, 51-162 Wrocław (the "Operator").
02.Registration requirements
Accounts may only be opened by business entities engaged in retail or wholesale of the product categories on offer.
Registration is confirmed by the Operator's team after verifying company details (VAT ID, trade register, registered address).
03.Placing orders
Orders are placed via the B2B panel after sign-in. Each order is pre-confirmed by an account manager before processing.
Minimum order value and free-shipping thresholds are set per partner market and shown in the panel.
04.Payments
Available methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery and any other terms agreed individually.
Payment terms and credit limits are stipulated in the partner agreement.
05.Claims and returns
Claims are reviewed within 14 business days from notification at b2b@gfcorp.pl.
Returns follow separate procedures — details are available in the panel after sign-in.
06.Changes to the Terms
The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms. The current version is available in the panel and communicated to partners with 14 days' notice.
